When an Afficare subscriber is hospitalized at a partnered hospital, the affiliate who referred them will receive a hospitalization refund directly from the hospital. Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your Afficare subscription at any time. If you wish to change your plan, you can do so through your Affipay account. The changes will take effect immediately after payment is processed.
